Community Feedback

Community Feedback on all Nexus platforms must adhere to the guidelines outlined in this document, along with our Data Policy, Community Standards, Branded Content Guidelines, and Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that any feedback provided complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and statutes.

Community Feedback refers to user-generated content, such as ratings, reviews, and questions or answers, found within Nexus Marketplace, Nexus Shops, and other Nexus features. Violations of these policies may lead to a range of actions, including but not limited to: removal of feedback or other content, rejection of product listings and tags, or suspension or termination of access to Nexus features and services. Continuous violations may trigger further account-level actions. Our feedback system aims to give a fair platform for all perspectives—positive, negative, or neutral—that align with Nexus’s policies.

General Policies for Ratings and Reviews:

Manipulative Behavior
Community Feedback must remain honest and authentic. It should not be used to deceive, mislead, defraud, or exploit other users for personal or financial gain.

Incentivized Feedback
Any form of incentivization—whether direct or indirect—is prohibited unless clearly disclosed in accordance with Nexus’s Branded Content Guidelines. Incentivization includes offering monetary compensation, free products, or refunds in exchange for ratings, reviews, or answers.

Relevance to Experience
Feedback must be based on the reviewer’s firsthand experience with the product, service, or seller. Reviews should be relevant to the specific product or service being discussed and its intended use.

Prohibited Content
Feedback must not include content that is excessively graphic, inflammatory, violent, discriminatory, or threatening toward any individual or group.

Spam and Engagement Baiting
All feedback must comply with Nexus’s Spam Policies. This includes prohibitions against engagement baiting, excessive posting, or repetitive sharing and promoting of content. Feedback that attempts to manipulate the platform's algorithms through spammy behavior will be removed.

By adhering to these policies, users contribute to a trustworthy and transparent community that benefits both buyers and sellers on Nexus platforms.
