Messaging Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms of Messaging Service
By opting into our messaging service, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Nexus Real Estate Group at the mobile number you provided during the sign-up process or any other number you may designate.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or other automated technology, and the content may include promotions, updates, reminders, and other relevant notifications about Nexus Group’s real estate services.
Message Frequency
The number of messages you receive may vary depending on your interaction with Nexus Real Estate Group. We reserve the right to modify the frequency of messages sent at any time, which may increase or decrease the total number of messages.
Nexus Group also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number used to send messages. If such a change occurs, you will be notified accordingly.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. It is your responsibility to review your mobile service provider’s text messaging and data usage policies. Nexus Group is not responsible for any text message or data charges you may incur.
By opting into our messaging service, you understand and agree that your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.
2. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Your wireless carrier is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. While Nexus Group makes every effort to ensure message delivery, factors beyond our control, including network availability, device settings, or carrier issues, may affect the timeliness and receipt of messages.
3. Opt-Out & Cancellation of Messaging Service
You can opt out of the messaging service at any time by texting “STOP” in response to a message. Once we receive your STOP request, you will receive a final confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from Nexus Group unless you reactivate your subscription by opting in again.
If you decide to resume receiving messages, you may sign up again through the same opt-in process. Upon doing so, you will restart receiving communications from us.
4. Assistance & Support
If you require assistance or have questions regarding the messaging service, you can text “HELP” at any time. In response, you will receive a message with further instructions on how to unsubscribe or seek customer support.

5. Transfer of Mobile Number Responsibility
If you decide to change your mobile number or transfer ownership of your number to another individual, you must:
Reply “STOP” from your original number before transferring it to prevent messages from being sent to the new owner.
Notify us at legal@nexus.realestate with your old number so we can remove it from our system.
Failure to follow this process may result in messages being sent to the new owner of the number, and Nexus Group will not be held responsible for any unintended communications.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is handled in accordance with all applicable laws. For more details on how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Messaging Terms & Termination of Service
We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate our messaging program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Additionally, we may revise these Messaging Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in our messaging program after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with any future changes to these Messaging Terms, you must unsubscribe by following the cancellation process outlined above.
