In order to facilitate the disbursement of Owner Draws, which encompass your rental proceeds, Nexus requires your banking details. We will process these payments through ACH/direct deposit for your convenience and prompt access to your rental income.

Banking Information

Ensuring the accuracy of your banking information is crucial to ensure prompt disbursement of your owner payments. To facilitate this process, we kindly request your cooperation in completing the provided Questionnaire Form. In cases where ownership is divided, and you wish to have owner draws sent to multiple bank accounts, please be advised that a separate form must be submitted for each owner's designated bank account.

Additionally, we would like to draw your attention to the W-9 form requirement. This form is essential for us to furnish you with the requisite tax filing information at the conclusion of each fiscal year. Your prompt completion of the W-9 form ensures a seamless and compliant tax reporting process, allowing us to provide you with the necessary documentation in a timely manner. We appreciate your assistance in helping us maintain the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions and tax reporting procedures.
