1. General Policies for Nexus Live:
Authenticity and Accuracy
Live content must accurately represent real-time events. Misleading practices that create a false impression of live footage are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Representing pre-recorded content as a live broadcast.
Misleading users by falsely stating that an event is occurring in real-time when it is not.
Sharing footage from past events and misrepresenting it as a current live broadcast.
Altering timestamps or metadata to deceive viewers about the timing of the content.
Location Misrepresentation
Users must not use Nexus Live to mislead viewers about the geographical location of an event. This includes:
Broadcasting footage from one location and claiming it originates from another.
Using fake geo-tags or overlays to create a deceptive narrative about a location.
Misrepresenting international or regional events as occurring locally.
Pre-Recorded Content Usage

Adding an on-screen graphic identifying pre-recorded footage.
Including a disclaimer in the video description or title specifying which parts of the content are pre-recorded.
