HOA Management & Communication

In the event that your property is affiliated with a Homeowners Association (HOA), we kindly request your cooperation in following these instructions to establish a seamless connection between Nexus and your HOA. However, if your property is not subject to an HOA, you may skip this particular step as it does not apply to your situation.

Welcome to Phase 2B: Setting Up the HOA (If Applicable)

Within Nexus's comprehensive suite of services, we take care of various aspects related to Homeowners Association (HOA) management, including handling payments, facilitating communications, managing notices, and addressing violations on your behalf. To streamline this process and ensure seamless communication with the HOA, please follow the detailed steps outlined below to ensure that all HOA-related correspondence and invoices are directed to our dedicated office for prompt and efficient management.

Please contact the Homeowners Association (HOA) to verify that they send the HOA statements directly to our office. Additionally, please include Nexus Real Estate Group as an authorized user on the account if necessary. As part of this process, please update the mailing address to our Nexus Mailing Office, which is located at:

(Your Name)

c/o Nexus

205 River St,

Haverhill, MA 01832

By making these adjustments, you'll ensure that all important communication and documents are directed to the appropriate address for seamless management and efficient coordination of your property affairs.

Please follow these steps:

Disable any automatic payments or terminate Xpress Bill Pay.

Ensure that all email correspondence from the HOA is directed to both your email address and Nick@Nexus.RealEstate.

Kindly request a copy of the HOA's CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) and promptly forward it to Nexus. This helps us inform tenants about community regulations, and we also share a copy with them.

By entrusting Nexus with the administration of your HOA-related affairs, you can rest assured that timely payments, effective communication, and compliance with HOA regulations will be expertly managed. This approach is carefully designed to provide a hassle-free experience for both property owners and tenants, ensuring a smooth and harmonious living environment.

Failure to adhere to these procedures will lead to the termination of Nexus's services. Nexus will not assume responsibility for addressing grievances, handling violations, covering fines, or any related matters if these procedures are not completed as required. Furthermore, Nexus will not accept liability for any errors made by homeowners during updates to their accounts or mailing addresses, potentially resulting in Nexus not receiving invoices, bills, fines, communications, changes to dues, or accounts becoming overdue.

Once these steps have been successfully completed, kindly send an email to Nick@Nexus.RealEstate to confirm their completion. This will help us keep track of the resolution process.
