These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Nexus Artificial Intelligence, including all software, tools, services, documentation, content, functionalities, and generative Artificial Intelligence features provided by Nexus ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using Nexus Artificial Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and policies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of Nexus Artificial Intelligence immediately.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use:

A. Eligibility

Any violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to Nexus Artificial Intelligence.

2. Content Ownership and Usage:

A. Prompts, Outputs, and Rights to Content

Nexus Artificial Intelligence allows users to input data ("Prompts") and receive AI-generated responses ("Outputs"). You retain all intellectual property rights in your Prompts, provided they do not infringe upon third-party rights. However, by using Nexus Artificial Intelligence, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store your Prompts and Outputs for the purpose of improving our services and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

B. Accuracy and Limitations

Nexus Artificial Intelligence generates responses based on algorithms and available data, but we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any Outputs. AI-generated content may be incorrect, misleading, or offensive. You should not rely on Nexus Artificial Intelligence for professional advice or decision-making. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any information provided by Nexus Artificial Intelligence before using it in any capacity.

C. Personal Information and Privacy

3. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties:

You assume full responsibility for your use of Nexus Artificial Intelligence and any reliance on its Outputs.

B. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Nexus, its affiliates, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nexus Artificial Intelligence. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) $100 USD or (ii) the amount paid by you for the use of Nexus Artificial Intelligence in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

4. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content:
