Welcome to Phase 2: We sincerely appreciate your selection of Nexus and the submission of your Management Agreement. As we gear up to promote your property for rent and establish your account, it becomes imperative to possess accurate information concerning both you and your investment.

Your cooperation is required for the following tasks:

Homeowners Insurance Policy # (Insurance Details and FAQs):

  1. Get in touch with your homeowner's insurance provider.

  2. Modify your policy from standard homeowner's insurance to a Landlord Policy.

  3. Include Nexus Real Estate Group LLC as an additional insured party.

  4. Forward us a copy of your insurance policy, along with the landlord rider.

To Update The Mailing Address For Water, Sewer, and Garbage services, Please Follow These Steps:

A. Contact the utility companies responsible for managing these services for your property.

i. Inform the representative that you are renting out your home and require the utility account to remain in your name but with a change in the mailing address to:

By following these instructions, you can ensure that your utility bills are directed to the correct address while retaining the utility account in your name.

B. Verify that you have disabled paperless billing and auto-pay. Failure to do so will result in Nexus not receiving bill copies, rendering us unable to bill your tenants for these expenses.

C. Once you've completed this step, please send an email to Nick@Nexus.RealEstate to confirm its completion. Your communication will ensure we are aware of this action being addressed.
